  • Kristen’s “why” for her work is deeply rooted in her belief in the transformative power of self-discovery and the importance of creating supportive environments for growth. Her own journey began with a transformational program, which served as a model in the creation of The CORE Program.

Kristen's leadership development experiences are further enriched by her yoga teacher training which instilled in her a profound understanding of how effective support and holding space can facilitate deep self-exploration in others.

She is passionate about equipping leaders with the tools, clarity, and strengths that they need to move forward.
