The CORE Program
A Transformational Leadership Development Program
SEPT ‘25 — JUNE ‘26
COHORT-BASED | LOCAL to SARASOTA
CORE Leadership’s flagship program unites 20 diverse community leaders from various industries, roles, and organizational types who are committed to advancing their personal and professional development to revolutionize their leadership approach.
Throughout this 10-month journey, participants will begin to master the self-coaching techniques needed to propel their teams. They will create more collaborative environments and orchestrate the strategic thinking required to drive their organizational missions forward by empowering those they lead.
We prioritize impact.
Leaders will hone a toolbox of tangible strategies to lead a high performing team, and build a powerful network committed to learning.
PROGRAM STRUCTURE
-
10 Full-Day Onsites
At premier locations in the Sarasota community, we will gather once a month for full-day interactive learning sessions designed to create a transformational experience. Each day is structured into three key sections: reflecting on what worked and what didn’t, learning new content, and setting actionable goals and plans for the upcoming Distance Learning Period. A key focus will be on ensuring accountability and integrating lessons learned into day-to-day practices.
-
Distance Learning Periods with 1:1 Coaching Support
Between monthly Onsites, participants will enter a “Distance Learning Period” during which they receive ongoing support through 1:1 coaching sessions, curated readings, and structured activities. This approach ensures that what they learn is actively implemented and integrated into their daily work lives, teams, and organizations - rather than sitting on the shelf in a training binder.
-
Expert Peer Learning
Expert practitioners from the community will join us as Guest Faculty at Onsites, while senior leaders will serve as Executives in Residence to guide “real-world application” discussions. This diverse approach ensures a rich, multifaceted learning experience. Additionally, participants will become part of an alumni community of practice, fostering ongoing collaboration and support.
